Hello,

If you are asking why your Phoenix server is down, we have the following statement to give. We ask that our customers check in with us every few hours for updates.

At approximately 4:15 CDT time today we experienced a complete loss of power to our Phoenix data center. The Power company informed us that the entire power grid in that area is down and they have no ETA for resolution. When the power outage occurred, our UPS system and generators functioned as they are designed, but the transfer switch that cuts the data center over to the generator power source failed. We have our Electrical contractor on site now trying to resolve the issue. They have not provided an ETA for resolution at this time.

If there is anything we can assist you, please let us know, otherwise we ask our customers to wait patiently, while checking back for any updates in 2 hour intervals, if this should last that long.

Best Regards,

Zack Gilman
